I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist dedicated to helping clients feel empowered to become their most authentic selves. I support individuals in reconnecting with their intuition, finding their voice, and speaking their truth with confidence.
In my work, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the full range of human experiences—joy, pain, trauma, and love—both within oneself and in relationships with others. Being trusted with these stories is deeply meaningful to me. The courage and vulnerability people bring into the therapy space often mark the beginning of profound healing across mind, body, and soul.
Seeking support isn’t always easy, but it can be a powerful step toward reclaiming your sense of wholeness. Together, we can gently explore the layers beneath your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns to better understand what’s driving them. My experience and training will also support and guide us through the journey of reconnecting and understanding yourself on a more fundamental level.
